We pride ourselves on our consistent communication with borrowers and clients throughout the entirety of the signing process. We assure that our documents will be compliant with California Law, and error-free due to our triple checking of documents before, during and after loan signing.
If you are a client, expect our confirmation of appointment and the reassurance that we will arrive to the appointment having already checked the signing document for errors. If you are a client/borrower, you can expect patience and guidance throughout your signing. Our knowledge and confidence enables us to walk you through your signing regardless of the document type.
We provide mobile services to ensure a smooth loan closing, which allows us to print any last-minute documents on-the-road as needed. Our prepratation and execution provides confidence to our clients that your signing will be held in reliable hands.

It's more than a stamp. As a Notary, I strive to provide each and every client with the attention and patience they deserve, while also performing their signing in the most accurate and punctual manner possible. I understand that I must be impartial regarding any legal advice, yet knowledgeable enough to guide the signer.
My name is Adam Pizarro and I am a Mobile Notary Public & Certified Signing Agent serving the Greater Los Angeles area. As a full-time agent, I can guarantee that I have the flexibility to work around your schedule, because there is nothing more valuable than your time. I am commissioned in the state of California, Bonded and hold $100,000 E&O Insurance with a current Background Check approved by the NNA. My Loan Signing System certification and training has given me the knowledge and confidence to walk uneasy customers through their documents for a smooth and pleasant singing experience!
As your signing agent, I will communicate with you and your borrower before, during and after the loan signing to ensure that your signing is handled as efficiently as possible the FIRST time around. I prioritize each step of the loan signing process, from initial communication to delivering documents the same business day. I am lively, communicative, and I will ensure that I represent you in the most professional manner possible.
What You Will Need:

In the event that the signer does not have acceptable/proper I.D., two credible witnesses who are not named in the document and who don't have a financial interest in the document can be used as an alternative method to identify the signer.
Credible witness must have a valid I.D.
If the signer is unable to appear at the signing, a subscribing witness can watch the signer sign or hear the signer acknowledge that they signed the document.
Credible witness must be present with a valid I.D.
Cannot use a subscribing witness for any document requiring a notary public to obtain a thumbprint in the notary public journal

A blank or incomplete document will not be notarized
Signature, intial, and date where instructed by the Notary
